Placing an Order

You do not need an account to shop at bluedango.com. But, if you would like to start one, you can do so in the checkout process.

To place an order, click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, click the Add to Cart button. In your Shopping Cart, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the Quantity box. When you are ready to checkout, click the Checkout button to review the contents of your cart.

After you click the Checkout button at the bottom of the page, you will receive a Sign In page. If you already have an account with us, you can enter your account information, or you can continue shopping as a Guest. When you have made your Sign In choice, you will complete a series of forms for your billing, shipping and payment information. Upon completing these forms, you will receive a confirmation page. If you have a gift card or promotional code, you will enter the code and select Update Price. The confirmation page will provide you with a summary of your order and verification of your transaction. You may print this page for your records. An email version of the summary will also be issued to you.

Payment

Credit Cards
For your convenience we accept major credit cards, including Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover®. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases from us. You must be of legal age to use credit cards. Submitting your payment indicates that you authorize us to charge your credit card in accordance with the agreement with your financial institution.

Please be sure to provide the exact spelling of your name, billing address and telephone number used by your credit card issuer. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

To help to avoid possible delays when shipping to the address other then your billing address we recommend that you register the shipping address with your credit card's issuing bank.

All fraudulent transactions will be recorded and reported to the authorities for further prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.

Shipping Information

Typically, orders will arrive to the destination address within three to five (3-5) days. The amount of time that it takes for you to receive your order depends on several factors. One factor is your choice of shipping service. During checkout, we will show you a list of available shipping options and their corresponding prices.

Please note that USPS is the only shipping provider that delivers to PO boxes and APO/FBO addresses. In any event that we cannot ship your order via the shipping provider you select during checkout, we will ship your order via a comparable shipping provider and maintain your selected level of service and delivery period.

In the event that your order includes a product that is not available when you place your order, the product(s) will be placed on backorder and scheduled for delivery upon arrival. You will be contacted by email and informed as to the nature of the delay and the expected timeframe for shipment of your order.

We can work with you to make arrangements to ship internationally. If you are interested in making arrangements for an international delivery, you may contact us at . We ask that you include contact name and email address, product(s) and quantity for order, as well the shipping address. Additional charges for international shipping may apply, and authorization is required from the customer, prior to shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

Customer Satisfaction

At bluedango, we take great pride in our collections and the level of quality exhibited by the artisans who create our distinctive products. We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Because many of our pieces are handmade, unique variations may occur between pieces. We believe that variations add to the character of a piece, and we ask that you keep in mind the uniqueness of your purchases when evaluating a product for return or exchange.

We strive to provide our customers with service that you can describe as exemplary.

If you are completely dissatisfied with the product(s) you receive, we will accept returned merchandise within 30 days of purchase date, with a valid receipt. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt, gift receipt or packing slip. Returns of products purchased through our website will be accepted by mail. Your return must be returned to the correct address for us to credit or refund your purchase. Please contact us for shipping instructions.

Please note, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for return shipping charges.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, a full refund of the merchandise cost will be applied to your credit card. Items damaged in return transit due to improper packaging will not be refunded. We will send you an email once we receive the returned merchandise.

Damaged Merchandise

If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact our service department within five (5) business days at , or by phone at (888) 887-0993. Claims for damaged merchandise will not be honored after 30 days from receipt of the order.

Catalog

At bluedango, we are socially-conscious and take great pride in our fair trade home accent collections and the level of quality exhibited by our artisans. Many of our fair trade home accents are designed using natural or recycled materials, and we are proud that we can offer you socially-conscious and eco-friendly options for your home.

In hopes of preserving natural resources used to produce and mail paper catalogs, we do not produce a paper catalog to supplement our on-line catalog. However, just as each of our products is unique, we recognize that our customers' needs can be unique. We want to ensure that you have a variety of options available for viewing our products, in hopes of further enhancing your overall bluedango experience. As a result, we have developed an electronic catalog that provides you with yet another option for viewing our products. Our electronic catalog also allows you to print on-demand, to meet your specific needs.

Just as we strive to maintain and update our on-line catalog regularly by adding new products and artisans, we continue to maintain and update our electronic catalog to ensure that the printable version is regularly updated to reflect new products that are added to our website.

Gift Cards

Gift cards must be redeemed through the bluedango.com website, www.bluedango.com, toward the purchase of products listed in the bluedango.com online catalog.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift card account and is not transferrable.

If your order exceeds the amount of your gift card, you must pay for the balance with a credit card.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

bluedango.com will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift card is either redeemed through the bluedango.com website or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the bluedango.com website.

bluedango.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion.

The risk of loss and title for gift cards pass to the purchases upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or the delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
